Production system—energy-sector company in Mexico
Everything managed by contract
CONTRACTSDOCUMENTSALERTSSAP BLOCKINGThe real risk
If you do not manage your vendors' REPSE compliance, your company is exposed.
Joint liability
If a vendor does not pay its workers' IMSS, SAR, or INFONAVIT obligations, your company may also face fines and surcharges.
Spreadsheet tracking without visibility
No one knows which vendor is overdue until an audit arrives or the problem has already escalated.
No effective blocking
Without a system to stop it, nothing prevents continued operations and payments to a noncompliant vendor.
Operating workflow
Everything begins with the contract.
The system monitors, alerts, and documents.
Contract registration
With SAP Business One, contracts synchronize automatically. Without SAP, an administrator enters them in the portal.
Required documentation
Based on the service type, the document catalog and its frequency are assigned: monthly, every two months, or one time.
Vendor upload
The vendor enters their portal and uploads each document while seeing what is current, expiring soon, or expired.
Review and alerts
The system performs automatic periodic reviews and sends reminders to vendors and internal alerts.
SAP block or warning
When noncompliance is confirmed, it blocks the vendor in SAP or displays a warning according to your policy.

Complete visibility without relying on spreadsheets.

Why Tangente instead of Excel?
What a spreadsheet cannot do.
Most companies still manage REPSE with spreadsheets and email. The cost remains invisible until an audit arrives or a vendor fails.

Frequently asked questions
Before scheduling a demo.
Do I need SAP Business One to use it?+
No. The system works perfectly as a standalone platform. If you use SAP Business One, the integration can automatically synchronize contracts and activate blocks directly in SAP.
Which documents can I configure as required?+
The catalog is fully configurable: a current REPSE certificate, IMSS payment receipt, SUA, INFONAVIT, stamped payroll, worker lists, and other documents.
Does the vendor have their own access?+
Yes. Each vendor has personalized portal access showing exactly which documents are due, their deadlines, and which ones are pending or expired.
How long does implementation take?+
In standalone mode, the system can be operating within one week. With full SAP Business One integration, the estimate is two weeks.
