Purpose of processing your personal data

Your personal information is collected for no commercial disclosure or usage purposes; it will be used to provide you with the services and products you have requested, decide your incorporation into our business partner group, offer you deals, promotions, training, technical support, information about product changes and updates, technological news, as well as to contact you for the purpose of obtaining your evaluation of the quality of the services we provide, receiving your complaints and suggestions, to request purchase orders or commit your company in any way to us: full name, mobile phone, email; information of your authorized personnel to receive products and passwords: full name, email.

Ways we use to obtain personal data

We may collect the personal data listed above in different ways: when you provide them to us directly, when you visit our website or use our online services, and when we use public sources permitted by law, such as telephone directories and similar.

Personal data we use

The information we require or may require for the aforementioned purposes is: commercial name of the business, fiscal name of the business, full name of the owner or legal representative, name of the director, manager and/or administrator, simple or notarized power of attorney, address, fiscal address (if different from the previous one), delivery address for shipped products, city, state, postal code, telephone, fax, email, website, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), current business activity, bank account, CLABE, bank, email of the purchasing, sales, accounting, finance, technical service departments; information of your authorized personnel to request purchase orders and/or changes to them.

In case you require a service different from what we normally offer, we may request additional information. Under no circumstances will sensitive data be requested; general personal data and financial data are collected for the exclusive use of the purposes previously stated.

When your personal data are no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes provided in this privacy notice, they will be cancelled in accordance with the conducive legal provisions (Art.- 11 user LFPDPPP and Art.- 37 RLFPDPPP).

Means to exercise your ARCO rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof or revoke the consent you have granted us for that purpose, through the procedures we have implemented for it.

For Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO) to the processing of your personal data, or to revoke your consent for the processing thereof, you may do so by submitting a written request at the address of this company or by any other electronic means that makes your request possible, addressing your request to the Legal Advisor.

The written request must contain at least the following information: (i) your name and surnames, or those of your representative, address or other means to communicate the response to you; (ii) documents proving your identity, or if applicable, that of your representative; (iii) description of the document in which your personal data were used; (iv) description of the personal data regarding which you wish to exercise your right and (v) any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

Identity and accreditation

For the purposes of the conducive declaration, the holder of the information may prove their identity by means of valid official identification, through electronic means that make it possible to identify them reliably or other authentication mechanisms permitted by the legal provisions on the matter (email, fax, telegraph, certified mail), and in case of submitting their request through a representative, their identity and representation must be accredited, exhibiting the document clearly stating their power and faculties.

The request will be answered in writing regarding its provenance or impropriety, within a term of 5 (five) business days following the day of receipt of the petition; if appropriate, you will have a maximum period of 15 business days, counted from the day following the day we receive your request, which we will make available to you at your address or electronic site, upon accreditation of your identity.

Means to limit use and disclosure

To limit the use and disclosure of your personal data, you may submit your request in writing under the terms of the previous point, addressed to the Legal Advisor, at our address or electronic site contacto@tangentemexico.com, upon accreditation of your identity.

Cases in which we may transfer your personal data

In principle, your personal data will not be shared, only when necessary for the purpose of invoicing our services, and to comply with the provisions of laws, regulations, and other fiscal provisions, as well as government organizations such as the Tax Administration Service (SAT) through the means and mechanisms that such agencies determine both in the present and in the future.

Your personal data may be shared with our distributors, branches, and partners with the purpose of promoting the commercialization of our products. You will have a term of 5 business days to express your opposition.
